Terrible bank app
Red River Bank App is terrible!!! I bank with them so therefore I have to use the app, within reason of if it works or not. The app consistently crashes at least once a month on average sometimes 2 and 3 times a month!! Every time I use it I have to wonder is it gonna crash or let me see my balance!?! I love the customer service of the Bank but the app is so horrible!! I have att as a provider and the apple 15 pro max 1 tb, so device and service provider is not an issue!! As well as high speed internet at home and it the app always crashes like clock work. The 1800 number pre say is the best option for checking your accounts!!!!!!!!!!!! SAD but HONEST!!!! It’s still right now is crashing!!! Constantly rebooting my iPhone!!!!

Updates needed
The app is not accurately providing my balance or updated transaction history. There is no update to be done on the app and yet it is not working properly this is not the first time.
