Limited Online Banking Features
The bank does not allow electronic travel notifications for international trips, and customers also cannot access their 1099 forms online.
No features and poor design
If you want to check your balance and see transactions it works I guess. It is basically a web page not an app.
Biggest issues I have with the app are 1) NO HELP SECTION!
2) no card management options, want to lock your card? Change PIN? Too bad!
3) transfer page drop downs work poorly, because this is just a web page app and the drop downs don’t work right and make it hard to select the right accounts.
4) useless notifications.
This is by far the most basic, feature lacking banking app I’ve ever used. It’s a shame because I really like the credit union itself but this app (and the website too) is barely usable.

Very easy to use

Completely unintuitive. Significantly subpar in comparison to other banking apps in terms of amounts able to transfer, ability to transfer, and ability to pay down a HELOC online through bank to bank transfers. I highly recommend you find another bank to do business with.
Bill Pay is terrible
The screen views on bill pay are terrible! You can’t move the screen to properly look at the needed information. I’ve had a few times where I thought I properly paid a bill, only to find out I missed something and ended up having to pay late fees. Inexcusable for a financial app!

It is easy to use, clear to understand. It’s good as is.
Not easy to navigate and lacking features
The card payment part of this site leaves much to be desired as you can only set a fixed amount and don’t have an option to pay just minimum or total balance.

The app is not one of the best. The mobile deposit rarely works and will say you’ve already deposited a check when you haven’t. It doesn’t update in real time either.

The app originally was not good but usable. It continues to improve good job. Wish I could access a vehicle loan that happens to be under my wife’s name as the primary loan owner. She is not a member so this is very frustrating. Actual people that work at the branch are less than helpful. I will happily never set foot in a branch again.
