Red Sea Creatures

Every species, dive site and dive centre is now in the iPhone's own search. Swipe down on the home screen, start typing a name - the common one or the Latin one - and the answer is there with its photograph before the app has opened. Siri answers about the sea without opening anything at all. "Sea conditions in Red Sea" gives you the water and the air, the wind, the wave and what thickness of wetsuit. Five more phrases open FishID, the hazards list, or any species, site or centre by name, and all six work inside an automation. Two tiles for Control Center: FishID, and the water temperature in your city. Both go on the Lock Screen or the Action button - the version that matters when you have just surfaced and your hands are wet. The species page got out of its own way. The photograph is bigger, and like, save, comment and add-a-photo sit under the name instead of at the far bottom, where nobody found them. And a clear night finally shows a moon.
