Getting Suggestive adds from TEMU
Red Alert is one of the apps to notify me of rocket attacks. This evening (July 9 2025) when I tapped on alert up popped a suggestive add from TEMU. This totally unacceptable.

Whenever there is a pre-missile alert, I keep receiving it numerous times at least 20 minutes after the actual siren. Additionally, I did not receive alerts for sirens today, even though there were sirens.

No alert sounds
I configured the settings to get alarms for Tel
Aviv, and my phone volume is on high.
The last thing time this happened to me, I deleted the app, and now I'm trying it again and it doesn't make any alerts.

Not providing alerts
I send a test alert and it notifies me. When real alerts happen….nothing. I find out from Instagram. Useless.

Good idea bad execution
The UX isn’t user friendly and the alert did go off, but since the zones list is very moderate I had to choose a very broad area and it basically rushed us to the shelter in the middle of the night when there was no actual threat in our area (the settlement alarm did not go off).

Why Won’t Tech Support Answer My Questions
I have been extremely unhappy with Red Alert. On numerous occasions I have contacted them to ask a question. It takes WEEKS to respond to me and when they DO respond, they give answers that are totally unrelated to what I have asked !
Yesterday I was notified that rockets had been fired on Israel.
TODAY........those notifications are STILL there....instead of wiping the screen clean to start a NEW day.
These Technical Support employees........give a strong impression that they HATE Israel......and are extremely resentful having to answer questions from those of us around the world who LOVE Israel !
As far as this Red Alert APP........I detest it ! But, what other choice do I have ?
