sign in & password reset issues
I’m not able to sign in to the app nor I’m able to reset my password
Flaws in app
Unable to recover account. And the forgot password redirects to a non working website. Cannot load profile saying no internet. Absolutely a bad experience using the app
App improvement
Unable able to add tracking number into the Redbox account
Much better than DHL or Fedex
You guys are doing a great job, i have to say Redbox is much reliable and faster than any other popular logistics company. Well done.
