Worst company I’ve ever dealt with
From the app to email to customer service to delivery to billing hands down, across the board, horrible. The app does very little. Customer service literally can’t do anything except “talk to the plant manager” which has no effect. They don’t deliver when you order and they commit, then they just start delivering without you ordering and they can’t figure out how to stop it. In my work or personal I’ve never come across a worse run company. Tried contacting the CEO but like everything else was met with no help.

Won’t log in
Every time I try to log in it says logging user and sits there idling and nothing happens
App is crashing
This app is great for the place I work at but since the update I can not open the at all.
Wont start up
Ever since the last update, it won’t open. Starts up then just closes it self. Need fixing. Before this app was 5 stars.
was great ... update ruined it
use this to order ice for the WALMART i work at ... it was great before ... so easy ... no more calling and going thru the "automated garbage" just to order a pallet or three ...
however ...
the last update "killed" this app
it won't even open now ... when i try ... i see the main load screen ... then CRASH ... every time
wish i hadn't updated this ... now a useless icon
a good, simple app turned into complete garbage less than ZERO STARS ... more like MINUS FIVE
please fix this ASAP
UPDATE ...
just figured out it's the FACE ID that is crashing the app ... if i hold it away from my face and tap the "face" icon ... then use my PIN to open the app ... VOILA ... it opens ..
so .. turning off FACE or TOUCH ID avoids crashing the app .. hmm .. ok ... i really don't need to use it anyway ... but that's silly ... and it was quite frustrating before i figured it out
please fix this ... stupid little bug

Great layout and excellent setup. One major issue is it always errors out when I go to order. I’ve spoken with two other store managers within my company and they’re having the same issue. Fix this issue and the app will be a perfect five star!
