Yo fix it or not?
I used to love this app! Right up until the last month. My notification sounds are and AREN’T working. I will sometimes get the full notification melody and other times it cuts off after the second note. I have been in contact with Mr. Davenport from support and I tried the fix he recommended. And it worked, for 30 minutes, and now I’m back where I started from, issues. I have tried turning off the repeating notifications, but that didn’t help. I have one more thing that I can try doing to see if that fixes the issue, but after that I have to start again completely from scratch. Signing out of the app, deleting it from my iPhone 12, reinstall it, and then rejoining my employer WiFi network. I loved this app before it started having issues.

Search option
Please consider adding search options inside pdfs. Had it on my Android but switched to iPhones and it is gone. Thank you.
crashing
every time i try to switch back to the app when receiving a notification, it crashes and force closes itself. just wanna make that known.

My employer just switched to this app, which was formerly called Red e app. And I hate the update. Sure it looks nice, but they should have worked out the bugs better before making all of the company employees install the mandatory update for it. I’ve had the ’new’ update installed since yesterday 4/16, and I still get the ’you have unread messages’ notification going off, and I don’t actually see anything that I haven’t read already. I do like the way it looks a lot better than what Red e looked like, but the never ending notification going off is just ridiculous. Review UPDATE 8/5/2025: the issue that I had been experiencing before my last review has been solved, and is no longer a problem, it was determined that the issue was on the user’s end and not within the app itself. I have since reached back out to the developer and explained as such and informed them that I would update my review of the app. I have become more familiar with the functionality of the app now that I’ve had it since my company wide mandatory update and I no longer experience the issue that I had previously encountered.

I should not be charged by Apple to update this app. I am not putting my credit card or debit card information and just to update an app that I already have.
Do not like it
This ‘update’ was NOT ready for release. There are still bugs that need to be addressed. Like the fact that I’ve read all the messages, but it still shows them as being unread. And I have to take landscape screenshots of some things my employer posts, but the ‘update’ apparently no longer allows landscape. GREAT UPDATE, GUYS!!! NOT!!!!

We heard you loud and clear and have since brought RedeApp back, and a lot of those issues were taken care of with the switch back to RedeApp. We have since added the "Read All" button that will clear any buggy notifications you may have that persist through read messages. Easy to use
Great app. Hardly ever have issues. Would be a nice addition to have a search tool in documents/pdfs on Apple phones the way the Android phones do. When looking for a specific word or phrase in 15 page document, it can be quite tedious on this small screen. Thank you for considering!
False Badge Notifications
I really enjoy the idea of this app, used by my healthcare facility, as a legal way to communicate information to my coworkers, but have issues all the time with false badge notifications while running the current as well as the past version of iOS. I will go through and open every message, but the badge will not go away. I don’t want to turn those notifications off completely , for the times where they are working , because of how much we have grown to use this app as a needed tool for our daily work. I just wish this issue could be fixed, so I can receive accurate notifications about my messages.

Push notifications
Frequently tells me I have messages when there are none, even after re launching and refreshing app repeatedly.
Hours delay
This app is a great idea. The time delays up to 4 hours on iPhone. Is there a better version of this app for iPhone users?
