Clever and effective!
We were made to run to God, but we warp our habits around the light and meaningless. Redeeming Time has helped me run to God in the little moments where I could’ve wasted my time.
Simply Designed & Effective
This app helps you read the Bible and engage with it. No feature bloat. No complexity or learning curve…just gets the job done really well. My only ask is more Bible translation options.
A great idea which needs improvement
This little app has great potential with scripture passages to read as little as 2 mins. Waiting for a bus, waiting at an appointment, commuting or simple having a quiet sit somewhere, this app should make it easy to make the most of those few minutes when one whips out one's phone. Unfortunately, there is no option to change the background and font colours. White on a black background can be hard work for some people and though I have tried to make it work, reading white print on a black background means that I can only use it for the minimum 2 minutes because of eye strain. I want to recommend this app but until it offers a simple black on white option I simply cannot recommend it and have, with regret, deleted it.

A great find!
This little app is simple to use and there are scripture passages to read as little as 2 mins. A simple app that helps me to continue to meditate of God’s word especially when I am tempted to distract myself.

A friend suggested using this app to prompt me to read my bible. I have found it so helpful in doing just that- whatever amount of time you have. It is also good to have a record of what you have read. Highly recommended 🤩

Truly Exceptional
For those who need more of Gods word in your day and want to spend extra unplanned time with Him this is perfect. Being able to say you have 5/10 minutes or half an hour and being given the sections of the bible you can complete in that time means you spend more time in His word and that is more restoring that any other app you will ever use.

Although I haven’t been using it consistently; I love this app because it allows me to read the word without distraction whenever I need an extra dose of the word without distraction.

I was going to write about when the app is really helpful to me, but I suddenly realised, when isn’t it helpful to me!
As with most people, I suspect, my concentration span has diminished significantly over the past few years. I’m finding it more and more difficult to focus and then make the time to read my Bible.
With a very simple interface, and a few simple prompts to get you started, you, like me, might well find yourself on the path to getting to know Jesus better by reading His Word.
I may have missed this, but I would like an option to turn off the headings in the Bible passages. They drive me crazy! Okay, crazier than I am already.

Love this app
This app truly does help you redeem your time and use it in a way the pleases the Lord. It’s so much more life giving than scrolling on social media. Love how it’s set up to fit the amount of time you have and super user friendly
Great way to redeem time
Such an easy, accessible way to read the bible instead of caught up scrolling. Love the variety of text offered, and fluency of word with no verse numbers. Love this app!
Long loading times
The app itself was a great but I’m struggling with the time it takes to actually load up a portion of scripture. It’s taking at least a minute and a half to actually load. Please attend to this issue.
Great app, incomplete execution
I really like how accessible and attainable this app makes daily Scripture reading. However, it’s quite buggy when picking up where you left off under “in progress” and jumps all over the place when scrolling back up. It would also be nice to have more translations available, if possible.

A godsend
I think the technician at the Apple Store installed this app for me, because, after I had my phone reset, this app was on it. I didn’t know what it was, and then I opened it up and realized it was by the same people that make PrayerMate.
I started using it, and it has been such a blessing in my life. It is so intuitive, and it even capitalizes on that scrolling motion that I want to do when I am bored. Only instead of scrolling X, now I am scrolling God’s word.
