Irrelevant Notifications
No matter how many times I set my preferences to one specific location and within a certain price range, I get quite a few notifications a day for "new homes I might like" that are nowhere near the criteria I have selected.

What happened to the maintenance price that was once put into the co-op apartment’s listing ? It helped quite a bit to let one know the total price that would have to be payed at the end of the month.

I liked the website better
The app does not have the same features as the website. But they disabled all the features I loved about the website so now i have to use the app. I can’t wait until I’m done house hunting because I hate having to use this useless app.
Customizations not enforced
I’ve customized my settings to send me houses for sale within a specific range but I keep getting suggestions for home that are way above what I could ever afford and I keep getting suggestions for rentals which I have absolutely no interest in renting. Average app at best.
Unnecessary paywalls
The properties maybe up to date and “fair information” but the paywall for fema, flood zones is public information so a paywall is nothing short of a scam

I love Redfin! Always so many wonderful choices. Clear information. Great photos! It makes home shopping so much easier!
Lies about vetting
Their website says that sellers and renters have been vetted. Big fat lie! I was almost robbed or worse going to see a rental property that was not the actual seller. Thank god there was a sign on the lawn with the real sellers name photo and phone number.

Less than helpful customer support
For some reason, my searches for one area in Alabama only update once a week. Every Saturday morning I get around 70-80 new listings or price updates. All say that they just happened but I have seen them on Realtor.com or Zillow earlier in the week. I have conversed
with customer support 3 times and each time it is dismissed as my fault despite sending multiple screenshots. I have deleted and reloaded the app several times, have deleted and redone my searches, have checked all my settings- nothing helps. I really like the setup of the app but this glitch forces me to use other companies.
