The new layout sucks
Just put all the pertinent information about the property ( current taxes, rental info, lot size, parking, etc) in one location. It used to be in details and now it’s spread across multiple hidden tabs.
People who are actually buying houses have neither the time nor inclination to tap through hidden tabs.

Terrible App
Pictures are incorrect. Estimated prices are inconsistent compared to property tax assessments, acreage, square footage. Not willing to trust information found on site.

Redfin I love using the app to locate homes and look for new places in the area but can someone please implement an enhancement to not group townhomes and townhome style CONDOS together.

Interface ruined.
This app is terrible now. When you tap on a home, half the screen gets taken up by the quote estimator or whatever. There is no comfortable way to browse. Even when you tap on the photos, the quote buttons are still there. Ugh!

What happened to the info that set you apart from the other apps? You used to have the pics of homes still available after sale so I could compare actual selling price to what was being offered. You also used to provide a great breakdown of what HOA fees were comprised of, rooms/dimensions, heating/cooling and now that’s all gone. If you didn’t still have climate conditions so I could see flood zone info, I might as well go back to Trulia now.

Poor estimates.
You send me an estimate that says 317,000 when I paid 380,000 and also built an 18 x 20 room also. So how do you figure out your estimates?
Recent updates are buggy and poor UX
The favorites no longer appear correctly and I hate the shadow area feature on the map. I’m flexible most of the time, I don’t need constraints like this.
Fast and snappy results, unlike Reator
So far the app is great and results come up quick when searching different areas. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the app is missing an important feature to filter by recently change and/or reduced. That would help a lot when searching.
