Location is an issue constantly
So so often I get this error when trying to view the SRP
“Couldn’t acquire location”

You have a picture that is 24 years old. The house has go through 3 renovations and added 1000sf, pool, outdoor living and a total inside and outside upgrade.

Ignored so I am uninstalling
When I ask to speak with an agent to sell my property. I get ignored. I’ve tried 5 times -.-

Hard2seeSOLD HOMES
I like Redfin! Had bought&sold homes with Redfin for 3 kids! When want to buy step-up home recently it’s VERY HARD to navigate old histories of SOLD HOMES in the area we interested, unlike in the past! Please make apps easier for loyal customers. Thanks
Keeps Signing Me Out
The app keeps making me sign out to see my saved favorites. Very frustrating!!! Looking at the other apps now. Update: the developers reached and are looking for a solution. I’ll come back and update when I know more. I’m very thankful that they took the time to find out what’s wrong.
Messed up UI
Not sure how you could mess up a perfectly working app.
1. Can’t search per area, can’t filter per area.
If you want it to work with the new design, building a new app was better than messing up what users are used to.
Hire a real Ux designer
2. Don’t over show me what I did not search for.
Decisions fatigue
3. The map search does not work. Or maybe it does but the Ui update messed it up. What happened to the suggestion feature. Product design 101.
This is frustrating and will delet this 1 state when you fix the map based search.

App has a few problems
For the most part, easy to navigate. However, the “for you” tab advanced settings seem to be placebos and don’t affect the items listed on the for you page. It’s kind of annoying to turn off pending properties and yet have pending property show up.

Biased
Too biased towards their own listings to be considered a meaningful tool for investors. Technically the website and app are decent.
Irrelevant Notifications
No matter how many times I set my preferences to one specific location and within a certain price range, I get quite a few notifications a day for "new homes I might like" that are nowhere near the criteria I have selected.
Lost my saves
Recent update 7/21/26 removed all my saved properties.

What happened to the maintenance price that was once put into the co-op apartment’s listing ? It helped quite a bit to let one know the total price that would have to be payed at the end of the month.

I liked the website better
The app does not have the same features as the website. But they disabled all the features I loved about the website so now i have to use the app. I can’t wait until I’m done house hunting because I hate having to use this useless app.
