I’m enjoying this!
I got this a few days ago. I can feel the difference when doing this from the few begging exercises on my arms and chest. The only thing for me is getting use to changing these straps to get the right tension to feel the adequate burn, other than that it’s an amazing product for exercising especially for those with shoulder and knee pain.

App says $59 a year but charged me $79.97 very misleading
Disappointed
Ordered a week ago, just silence. Went to site to pay the extra 20 dollars to hopefully get the lifetime warranty and priority order fulfillment but the order button just spins. Off to a great start! I’ll update my review in a week.
Deceptive advertising
While the product is effective, and I really enjoyed using it, (when I was able to access the membership portion.) I paid for an annual subscription, and was never ever to access the workouts, my workout plan, or even interact with anyone on the app. There was essentially no way to keep track, because it would reset. When asked about a refund, I was only given a promo code. Would not recommend to anyone.

Deceptive Advertising
As others have mentioned, super deceptive advertising. I purchased the product yesterday, and it said I would be getting the app for free. Come to find out it wants a yearly subscription. Reached out to support and they said I don’t qualify for the free app even though it said I did during purchase.

No instructions on how to use
I believe this product would work great if there was at least an instruction manual on how to use and perform basic exercises. This should come free with the product. Not a yearly subscription fee.

Nice Product…But
Two stars based on deceptive advertising. I’ve purchased several band products to review and while the Redge Fit is a nice set-up; it is more expensive than comparable systems. Advertising is also deceitful as videos say you can do up 360 lbs. which would be true if you purchase an additional set of four bands in addition to the 240 lb equivalent with eight bands and bar package. While the initial more expensive sets offer the Redge App workout app (exercises, progress tracking, meal planning) for free, it’s unclear whether you have to pay for it…most do offer the app “for free” which means of course you can download it… every app does that. It appeared to me that app program would be offered at a “half price discount” for the first year, but then beyond year one, you would pay full price for the app, which is close to what an annual BODI membership is.
Recommend the bands, but skip the app…if you’re stuck creating workouts, there are plenty on them on the interwebs.

App is Not Free with purchase though advertised
I just ordered the 240lbs package that is advertised as free with that purchase. However it is asking for a subscription fee of $59. Let’s see if they fix this.

A waste of money and time
Horrible product
6 bands snapped in 6 weeks. Inferior product. Nothing else to say.

So I too was lured into buying this system and like many reviews from three years ago it seems that they don't t care about fixing the problem of asking for multiple payments for what we've already paid for MIne is still in box and will probably never come out. Enjoy the cash you conned me out of
No free app/ misleading
Only way to have access to videos is to commit to a workout plan that’s $60 a year.

Purchased the 1 year of free app with my redge and it’s trying to charge me $60 for something I already paid for. Be careful, customer support will not answer or reply! SCAM!
App doesn’t work
I’ve had this Redge fit for over a month now and I love it. The app on the other hand does not work somedays the videos will play and half way through the stop and won’t load other times they just don’t play at all. It looks like people have been leaving reviews about this for over a year and it has not been fixed. It’s caused me to stop using the product completely as a huge part was using the programs

Please try to close any apps running in your background to have a smooth experience with the app. You can disable it by going through your phone settings. Purchase my product a week ago, still waiting. In the meantime I downloaded the app and received the promo code. Somehow the code does not upload and is invalid. Called the 1-800 number to the customer service line and it stays busy no matter what time of the day you call. Also the free fitness pdf never downloads. It just sends you a blank screen. Might be asking for a refund soon.

When I purchased this product there was no mention that I would have to pay for an app to even get basic instructions for us! Absolutely worthless piece of equipment and the customer service is a joke.
