Resubscribed to premium by itself
Had a premium subscription from the 19th July to 19th August and I cancelled before the 19th of August. Now on the 29th of August the app has charged and resubscribed me without my consent or permission. Why would I suddenly be subscribed again nearly two weeks after I cancelled my subscription!!

You can’t comment on someone pics
This app is so bad that when you want to comment on someone’s pic, it show like you commented on your own pic. After sending 2 messages, inbox is blank and you have to close app and open again to see messages.
Buggy
We have been members of RHP for a long time but we have never experienced this app having so many bugs before. The most frustrating is not being able to edit our profile as it crashes straight away. Please fix this ASAP.

Needs dark mode
It’s good that you’ve done a Liquid Glass design for the app, but can you please add dark mode? It’s so bright when looking at it at night! Also, there’s a bug with no notification badges showing when you have a new one.

Great app but you should add a last login badge and a filter to set a minimum time since last login to clear out inactive users

It seems that half the videos we send or receive will not load
Worst app ever
This is the worst application ever run by complete and utter haters and worst customer service ever. I hate this app.
Disgusting app
They had an underage child in one of the chat rooms and on cam. There were grown men watching this child and if you speak out about it they will ban you. Zero customer support and so many fake accounts. App barely works.

Met some exceptionally sexy women on this site and yes there’s a hell of a lot more men than women but when I have found a willing partner we’ve had lots of fun and really enjoy this site. Best one I’ve used

As a paying subscription customer, I have been locked out of my account for over a month now and dispute multiple emails to their supposed support there has been zero response, NOT GOOD ENOUGH

This app constantly has issues, it’s always logging me out or crashing and now it has completely logged me out and won’t let me request a new password or create a new account so I can’t even contact support unless I’m logged in which is an incredibly terrible flaw for this app, but this means I can’t use the app at all now. Wondering if someone from support might see this and help otherwise don’t waste your time if the same thing happens to you, which is such a shame because the concept and the general functionality of the app is amazing.

Needs fixing
The app wouldnt load i had to delete twice and re start phone twice i cant still get in the app this morning woke up couldnt open the app at all i turn wifi on and off nothing even in the app i have to keep closing it and re open as it freezes
