App won’t let me register
Just wanted to download app to check my points. It continuously won’t let me register and when I called the store they weren’t able to help in anyway. Super frustrating experience.
App isn’t functioning
I have a web-based account; I followed the directions to register with my prior information. But when I get to the security page where it asks me to provide the 6 digit code sent to my email, everytime I enter the emailed code, a large popup with a large red exclamation point graphic that says “the user credentials are incorrect.” This makes zero sense. But i’m also noticing that when I try to login to my redi rewards account online (which I did before downloading the app), when I get the 4 digit security code sent to my phone (and needed to login), and enter it in, an error message pops up that reads “we were unable to submit your pin, try again later.”
So is the entire system down? I can’t register with the app and I can’t fully login to my Redi rewards account on my web browser. I don’t understand why my online account isn’t just transferred to the app with the same login. This process makes no sense and doesn’t work
