Downward spiral
My kiddo is an original athlete since day 1 in the summer of 2025 when it opened. There was already a big board with records which doesn’t make sense since it had yet to be open. I can bet those are ‘false’ and non-existent kids. Nonetheless, minimum age is 8 but they are allowing kids well below that age and I have video to prove it. Trainers focus more on the underage kids rather than the more serious older athletes who have higher goals. It’s become a frustrating situation and we along with some other parents are considering moving to the D1 program.

Not only do my kids love attending classes, the app is super helpful for me as a parent. I can book sessions, cancel them, and even change my membership pricing and access on a weekly basis! Showing my kids their test scores and improvements is their favorite part. Thank you to the entire team!

Signed up for a promotional year in October 2023 soon after their times changed to very limited 1 day a week hours making it impossible to attend. Have sent emails thru their app no response
Game changer
My son has been going to redline for offseason training in between football seasons since they opened at the fort myers location. The workouts are are not sport specific it is geared more towards correct running form, speed, balance, body control, explosion ect. Redline staff and coaches are top notch. It is worth the investment.

Not able to find how to subscribe new membership. I wanted to enroll my son for athletics and basketball. But couldn’t find out the deals which was sent in text. So I ended up enrolling only basketball. Also I was told that I will get 10% off if I register someday as trial. But I couldn’t find it. My plan was to enroll for 5 athletics class for $119 and $99 basketball class. And I calculated that with 10% discount, it should be $196. That is ok. But I could not find a way to do it. So I registered only for basketball with $119. And did not get the 10% off. I expect I will get the refund next month and my 10% will be adjusted next month onwards. App is not helpful. Very basic.

I have no complaints about the gym or the staff or anything with regard to the program at the gym that is all great and my boys love going and they work hard while they are there.
My complaint is the app. For me it doesn’t work very well. I have twins and can only sign one up for a class. If I try to sign the second up it tells me I’ve already signed up. As far as switching between fee schedules. It doesn’t let you change back out as easily as it lets you change into the schedule. In my situation we flexed into the away but the app would not let us end our away and start back to our normal routine.
I want to be sure to restate the in gym portion of this service is great and 5 star alone. The app leaves me less impressed.

Glitchy
I received a verification code (3 times) and on the 3rd code it worked. I was entering them immediately after receiving and for some reason it kept saying it was a bad number. Glad that’s over.
Building Kids
This is an amazing place to join. Building strong confident athletic kids is they’re job and they do it well. I would definitely recommend any friends or family members.
Ranking the App, Not the company
Can’t book sessions, unable to see and update my Flex pass, being charged the wrong amount. When my daughter was in class had 3 people show up with same issues.
