I rang the shop as my horse was poorly with severe diarrhoea , I’d had vet advice to shop for certain probiotic and couldn’t find anywhere to buy scrolling on google for ages was at a lost end !
I was passed onto Melodie to help me with some advice and she was amazing , I was so worried about my horse and she stayed on the phone to me chatting and helping me with what to give him , she didn’t have to stay on the phone that long and it made me feel so much better
My horse has bounced back and worked so fast , she recommended science express probiotic
I have shopped at Redpost for years and the staff have always been keen to be helpful and use there knowlage to give great advise !

Friendly, helpful and thinking outside the box!
I visited the store yesterday and was browsing through the headcollars looking for a fieldsafe headcollar for my tricky to catch mare. Melody saw me looking and kindly went through the display and pulled out all the safety headcollars for me to have a look at and explained how each one was designed to work. Unfortunately, there wasn't one that quite fitted my requirements (I'm very fussy, and so is my mare! Lol). Melody and I chatted about my horse and I explained she was quite sensitive and I was worried about my current headcollar rubbing her ears. Melody asked if I'd tried wrapping the headpiece with sheepskin? I'd never even thought about doing that! Melody then found me the Lemieux sheepskin nose/poll protector and I purchased it to give it a try. It is absolutely perfect and is an ideal fit around the head piece of my safety headcollar and so much more comfortable for Mouse! Thank you Melody for listening to what I needed 😀fantastic customer service!

App doesn’t work outside uk
Since the last few months the app doesn’t work outside the UK even with a VPN.

We arrived by the of chance on Friday 24th my daughter had a hat fitting, the sales person was very knowledgeable and obliging nothing to much trouble. Highly recommend.

Cannot purchase!
Rubbish app! I never feel compelled to write a review but my frustration at trying to purchase just four items has led me to leave a negative review. Aside from the fact that each time you view an item to click back to the list you are tAken back to the homepage and you need to go through selecting the section of the menu you wish to view. Then when finally going through the checkout procedure nothing happens when you are awaiting to be redirected to Klarna. Three times I’ve tried and I am faced with a blank page. I shall just have to purchase elsewhere!

Crashes
Big fan of Redpost, have been for many years! Especially with them just a few doors from me… though this app I have trouble with, it always seems to crash. I’ve deleted it for a while before and re downloaded it recently and still keeps crashing. I’ll stick to the website or store
Slow!
The app is extremely slow. The shopping categories do not include the line of Lemieux Mini Pony toys, or if it did then I didn’t see it. Product descriptions need more detail regarding the size of the object and what is specifically included.
