Awful app
Can’t even log in anymore and it looks like an app straight out of 2007. Absolutely terrible. Very confusing.

Yea this is crap. I can’t even sign into it anymore and haven’t been able to in a couple of months. It’s a complete waste of space in the App Store. And there haven’t been any updates on it in a year?? Absolutely useless..
Terrible app
If I could give this app 0 stars I would. The app is always crashing and the past few days I haven’t been able to log on no matter what I do. I see a lot of other people have been writing the same things as me for years now but obviously the developers don’t care enough to fix anything. This is the worst app I’ve ever used. Just do everything with your employer in person it’ll be easier than using this waste of time

Account locks for no reason or network can’t connect
I never had a problem logging in until recently. Please fix this problem it has been going on for a few weeks now. This should be fixed already!!!😤 very frustrating!!!!

Every time I try to log in the app crashes for no reason and all I need to do is check my schedule

How about letting me use my fingerprint to sign in? Tedious having to type in my password every single time...
Issues
Had no problem using for months & now it refuses to show my schedule once I’m logged in. I’ve redownloaded the app multiple times and have updated when needed but it refuses to show my schedule. Would love help fixing this
Unable to communicate to server
My team has used this app for years with no issues. Has been a very reliable app with a simple interface, never any problems. However, after a recent update, no one can log in anymore. The error message: “network error: Unable to communicate to the server.” Please fix!

Not able to log into my app. I was locked out but I’m able to log into the computer but not my iPhone.
UPDATE! PLEASE!
This app needs to be updated or else it won't be compatible with the upcoming version of iOS. I (unfortunately) use it for work and don't want to lose ease of checking my schedule and submitting time requests. Plus the app design still looks like it was made for iOS 3 or older. Surely the developers should know that users have concerns about this! Please make an update!!

Neglected App
This app needs an update so bad! Have the developers forgotten that people actually use this to view schedules and to request time off?!? Ugh!
Only way to get my schedule
It keeps asking for the advanced settings and idk what it is. This is the only way to check my schedule ( I don't have a computer and my phone is sensitive about the website- so I can access it but it's too small to see)

I've been trying forever this app and it's just don't work at all, keep asking me for the account name, tell you what :::::: this is trash don't bother with this .... I think this developer JDA does not deserve a place in Apple Store due to the high demanding and needs of Apple. Thanks
