Worthless

The only thing that seemingly functions appropriately is the weather. Otherwise, it consists of links that just redirect back to the app. If you click on that link, it redirects you to the App Store, and the cycle continues.

Poor first attempt

I hope the city didn't spend much of much of tax dollars on this app. I guess you get what you pay for.
