App is useless if you can’t get notifications when someone texts you
So close but 1 big issue
This app isn’t bad. There are plenty of things they could improve on but the 1 most important issue is I don’t get notifications when someone sends me a message. That is the entire point of the app. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
Nice when it opens
If it opened every time perfectly, it would be a decent app. Probably four stars the sad part is it doesn’t. Sometimes it uses the Face ID, sometimes you gotta dive in there and find the password, and sometimes it’s just a blank screen. You have to close it and open it close it and open it. Most times that works. When that doesn’t you uninstall and install the app. Not great at all.

No Sort, Filter, or Search
How can I have an ongoing thread of 200+ clients that I am not able to search and bring a specific client to the top to send a text to. Great app just needs some serious upgrades that should already be there.
I love this app!
I am able to communicate with my team and clients quickly and compliantly. I love that it silently runs in the background and doesn’t disturb me when meeting with clients in person or over zoom. I wish it were easier to add a team member to a room from the app. Right now I can only do it from the web version.

No text notifications
Without audible or haptic notifications the app’s usefulness is limited.
So disappointed
I needed this to work. It stopped letting me log in. For no good reason. The app does not give alerts when a text comes in.
Stopped logging in
After working for a few weeks it stopped being able to login. I didn’t change my password it just stopped letting me in.
Lousy slack substitute
You’re lucky if it ever notifies you. It crashes constantly. Sometimes you login and it’s just a white screen. You have to install and uninstall the app constantly to get it to work. If you move the app icon around on your screen, it won’t work. You need to install uninstall the app again.the idea sounds great, but the executions terrible.

No audible notifications
App could be great for internal messaging with your team and texting clients compliantly, but you won’t know you have a notification until you visible check your phone. There are no audible or vibrating notifications. I’ve had this issue for months now.
Want to love this app
I want to love this app but it needs some update: Redtail please make this app send notifications. It’s a silent notification only. Add a “read” and “delivered” and “typing” feature
Doesn’t work…
This app constantly just fails. I’ve tried to work with Redtail to have it fixed, but they can’t seem to solve the problem
Phone will NOT Ding or Vibrate To Notify User!
Has the potential to be great, but unfortunately phone will not vibrate or beep/ring. Instead the phone will send a silent push notification, but will not even illuminate the screen, you won’t see the notification until you touch your phone. This needs to be fixed before the product/service is feasible!
