Horrible service

I paid for the eSIM and activated it but never got the eSIM upon arrival in Canada my destination. My emails were not responded. I have no way to get my eSIM

Didn’t work when I really needed it. 0 Stars

I complained to support later when it struggled to connect after activation when it really mattered. Poor quality despite purchasing the more premium package. Support denied refund or any compensation despite using 0.00 mb of data.

Won’t use again, won’t recommend. Just because it’s cheaper than competitors did not equate to good 👎
