Not only did the app never show me my tickets I purchased, it also would return me to my home screen every time I opened it. Not to mention how horrendous this weekend was. The communication from the festival and the app were not given as it said it would be. Being told we would be updated quickly, getting our last update around 7:45 pm, then being told the rest of the show had been cancelled at 9:40 pm was terrible. Those who were not VIP were pushed out of the festival, some with no vehicle or nowhere to go while being out in the freezing rain, while those VIP people were allowed to stay sheltered in the buildings at the festival. No one could get their belongings or merch they bought out of the lockers as the security were pushing and grabbing people out of the locker area. Allowing those who bought single day Saturday tickets to just come on Sunday, but give the people who bought the 3 day pass nothing but extreme crowds and long lines for the bathroom and food for that Sunday ruined the whole experience. There should’ve been a plan b for the weather, as the festival definitely knew the weather would turn bad eventually. This definitely could’ve been handled better, and I hope this festival makes things right with everyone who attended and missed out on their favorite artists.

Tickets don’t load
Even after the app update my tickets won’t load. I was hoping the app would streamline tickets and connect bank cards etc. but it doesn’t.

Like many others I’m having issues with it loading tickets. Keeps glitching. Obviously released too early
