If the shoes aren’t in stock you should really update the webpage and app. Instead of just canceling my order and not processing the refund until I called and talked to someone. Really a huge inconvenience, now I have to wait for the refund to come through so I can buy shoes from another brand. Playing with my time and money, when all you had to do was press a button to update your online stores.

Baffling levels of incompetence
I cannot even fathom how this company's website could have been designed so horribly without it having been intentional, a blind toddler with no thumbs could've done better. A crafty way to force users onto the app. There's a reason this brand is fading into obscurity and surprisingly it isn't just because of its unoriginality and disgusting lack of care.

I tried to purchase shoes on the app and website, tried different browsers. Nothing works. The checkout page just reloads every time i try to check out.

This app has many bugs, i cant save anything to favorite list , the save button doesnt work!
Every time i click on a product it shows “notify me!” But the product is in stock !
I select women as gender but i see kids product among womens product
