About

Turn receipt photos into organized, searchable expense records — without manual spreadsheets or piles of paper. Reece helps freelancers, small businesses, and anyone who needs a clear record of spending. Photograph a receipt or choose it from your library, review the recognized details, and keep the original image alongside the expense. WHAT REECE DOES • Scans receipts with the camera or imports one or several images from Photos • Recognizes the merchant, date, total, VAT, currency, and suggested category • Lets you review and correct every field before saving • Tracks total expenses, VAT, average receipt value, and category breakdowns • Finds receipts quickly with search and date filters • Adds cash or receipt-free expenses manually • Exports a month or custom date range as a package with PDF, Excel, CSV, and original receipt images • Adds an optional business name to exported reports • Syncs registered accounts across devices • Works in guest mode without creating an account PRIVACY AND CONTROL AI processing is optional. Before receipt content is sent to OpenAI, Reece explains what is shared and asks for permission. You can decline and continue using manual entry and other non-AI features. Optional analytics and diagnostics are off by default and can be controlled in Settings. Reece is currently free and contains no purchases or subscriptions. Receipt recognition can make mistakes. Review important amounts, dates, VAT, and merchant details before relying on or exporting them.
