be warned they will charge you extortionate amounts for all their services. yes the in personstaff are fantastic, but as a system the company puts absolutely everything behind steep paywalls.

This is probably the worst app I have used .
Simple tasks such as accessing your graduation records that you paid for seem impossible and leave you going in circles . So frustrating

Worst app ever
If you are a uni body and thinking about using this app, DONT.
The day before my graduation my phone updated to the new iso which made the whole app completely stop working. I was so stressed because I was relying on this app for my tickets. After downloading the app on another phone I was able to access the tickets, however after spending $300+ on graduation photos through the app, it charged my account but didn’t process the order straight away and I didn’t get confirmation that I had paid on the app until ages later.
I even tried to contact them through the app and even that doesn’t work on either phone. Don’t waste your time. Just download the pdf tickets and use that instead.
