Losing access to your account and your tracking data is absolutely not the experience we want you to have. There was no data deletion on our side with this update. In most cases, this issue is related to an authentication mismatch (email, sign-in method, or cached session after the update). Please contact us directly at contact@reef-buddy.app with the email address you used to create your account, and we’ll help you recover access as quickly as possible. Hi! Thanks for the feedback and sorry about the trouble. We’re currently investigating the slow loading on the home page as well as the issue with the Submit button. This shouldn’t be happening. Could you try closing and reopening the app, or checking if the latest update is installed? If the problem continues, feel free to contact us so we can help you directly.
