WRONG ORDER AND LATE DELIVERY.

Reef has HORRIBLE customer service. They make you choose express delivery and promise 12 hours and then take 5 DAYS to deliver. THEN after 5 days of waiting THEY SEND ME THE WRONG ORDER. Most incompetent people EVER.

No to Zero Customer Service support

I have purchased a gift for my young cousin and chose the gift option wrote his address and number in the gift section ( which doesn’t work at all) it has been almost two weeks no refund nothing was delivered wrong address was generated by their system and they added my Local US number in the order. Unknown address and wrong number and update or reply to the WhatsApp messages! Stay away if you are expecting A first world customer service stay away

من اسوء التجارب مع شركات العطور الصراحة المصداقية 0% خدمة العملاء تعامل سيئ وتاخر بالاستجابة وقت التسليم متاخر للان اربع ايام وبحاول اتواصل مافي اي رد مقنع او رد يخليك تنتضر طلب ردخدمة العملاء يخليك تستاء اكثر ويخليك ماتعيد الطلب 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
