Glitch
This app has not been working for me for three months. Every time I click on it it just glitches out and nothing happens.

reminder item and note item has problems
i set reminders but i dont know why not active and doesn't have alarm for it
and when i removed last reminders they are exist on reminder list after delete !!!
i think this nice app need update for this problems and really i waiting for it
and i should say for analyze parameters are best
and i like ReefTrace design ššš

Was good at one point
I've had this app for a couple years. The original version was great, but the constant reworks and updates to the app are not. Maybe I'm getting old but each update is more confusing than the last, and more expensive. I'm going back to pen and paper. Unsubscribed.
Best app
I use it for work for multiple tanks and even at home great app to see how consistent your water parameters are! Itās awesome
Terrible support
Every time they make an update to this app, they break several of the features. I have tried contacting them via Facebook , Their email address, and through their website. They have not responded to any of them. In fact, their email shows as āundeliverableā. All of my data is tied up in this app and I cannot access it until they fix it. Very frustrating. Used to be a good app, but not anymore.

I like it
Just wanted a good solid app to track parameters and see them over time. This so far does that exact job very well. Not sure I will use any other features but as I said it does what I was after perfectly.
Ripped me off
I tried to get a refund, because this app is not a asset. Itās very complicated and takes lots of time to log the parameters. Itās quicker to just manually write on a peace of paper. But anyways I was just very briefly on the app and I deleted it of my phone . And I was denied a refund 2 times . Completely ripped me off

I heard about this app thru Melevās Reef YouTube channel and I have been using it, loving it, and recommending it ever since. Best way to say goodbye to the composition books.
Not working
Partner with eXact iDip, not east to get to work together, sensafe helped on their end, but now Iām waiting on ReefTrace. Their website support form is broken, Sensafe sent me their email address so I could contact them. It would be nice if there were instructions. Looking a waste of money, first you have to purchase the app then if you want it to work with a controller youāll have to purchase a yearly subscription.

Not for newbies to the hobby
Im pretty tech savvy but I could not comprehend this app. I dont like the fact that you have to use certain products. I already have a bunch of useful products so Im just going to use this other app thats customized to the product brnd tht you use.

Not worth it
Canāt even change dates on my iPhone XR due to a bug. Waste of money. Also, I thought the dosing and maintenance features would be a little more developed than a note system.

Crashes all the time!
Keeps Crashing
Iām on the latest iPhone with latest software and just downloaded the app today.. Iām setting it up and every time I go to add a new parameter field the Ap crashes. Gonna have to ask for a refund
Nice little tracker, but needs some improvements
Looks like the deletion of an entry does not work, tried deleting an entry multiple times, but no success. (Update: need to terminate the app and relaunch to get the update)
Cannot change the date format to DD/MM/YYYY, a bit confusing when you are used to a different format.
Hopefully these get implemented/fixed.

First impression
I just downloaded this and tried my first test, ammonia from Salifert. The linked video in the test section is wrong, you should check it, it shows Melevās reef saying he should get more tests (?).
The instructions for the Salifert ammonia kit are for the NH4 kit, I have the NH3 which has different instructions. Maybe you could specify this because it might be confusing, all online stores sell the NH3 kit as standard ammonia test.
I will continue trying it out and report back.

Also please note there was a test-kit related issue which has already been fixed. Try downloading the app again and let us know if the issue persists š
Very helpful
This appās been very helpful! Itās simple enough to use, and has a pretty nice UI. In particular, Iāve found that it works great for managing each of my aquariums, and it even helped me get out of an issue before it even started. Great app, would recommend.
