■ More reliable direct posting to TikTok Posts now correctly reflect your connected TikTok account's actual settings (whether comments, Duet, and Stitch are allowed), and we've added the required AI-generated content disclosure. If a post is blocked by TikTok's review process, the app now clearly explains the cause and how to fix it (for example, temporarily setting your connected account to private). We're continuing to improve reliability so your posts publish automatically without a hitch. ■ Finishing effects now default to "None" Previously, choosing a theme on the home screen automatically applied motion, transitions, and effects for that theme. With this update, we've removed that automatic behavior so everything now starts at "None" by default. If you'd like to add movement and flair, you can pick and add effects anytime from the Step 4 finishing screen. Whether you prefer a calm, understated look or want to go all-in on effects, it's now easier to get exactly what you want. ■ Direct and scheduled posting to social media Post or schedule directly from the app to five platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Threads. AI automatically generates captions and hashtags tailored to each platform, and you can edit them anytime. Schedule posts for one hour later, three hours later, the next morning, three days out, and more—and see at a glance which platforms you've already posted to. ■ New image post mode Beyond video, you can now turn your own photos into a set of images ready for social media. Just choose your assets in the dedicated wizard on the home screen and create them in a few taps. Even everyday photos that don't quite warrant a video can be quickly polished for social posts. ■ Auto-generated narration, captions, and music From the prompt you write or the theme you choose, AI creates everything from the outline and narration script to captions and music selection. Choose from a wide range of narration voices to match your language and the mood of your piece. We're also continually improving reading accuracy to reduce mispronunciations of names and technical terms. ■ Powerful customization For those who love to fine-tune their edits, we offer karaoke-style captions, a music library, libraries of motion, transitions, and effects, playback speed control for video clips, and more.
