Not a good experience all around
Not a good experience all around. App filled but had to reload a couple times kept freezing/ crashing. Was contacted by someone and thought I was in another state/another person and was unprofessional all around. Bad experience

It’s super easy
Great guard-to-office communication app
Easy way to accept shifts, check in and out, get notes for a post without having to call a supervisor, verify work time, see all pay records and communicate with the office. All with a lot less text messages!
Notifications and what not are great
Nice to have all the features I need as a guard in one place, including the notifications.
Doesn’t help at all
The remember me check box is useless because it doesn’t work , I have to enter my login information every time which gets annoying when you sometimes have less than a minute to accept a shift
