Canceling subscription
I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for a while month but every time I’m denied. If someone can help me do it. I would appreciate a response
What’s the point…
You can watch ads to get coins, but there is no point in doing that because it doesn’t unlock any episodes. The pricing is insanely high for the membership to access VIP shows and guess what, they are all VIP shows, so you HAVE to buy a membership to watch. Massive scam.
Too expensive
Too expensive and not even at least ads to give options for those who can’t pay the subscriptions

I have tried for a week to get response to cancel my subscription with no answer. Do not waste your money on this app, same storyline but with different titles.

I downloaded this app and paid for a week trial watched one series and tried to watch others then it just stopped working it’s been a few weeks now it hasn’t worked the app it self keeps saying it’s having maintenance issues smh. I removed it then redownloaded it and still same error message. I need my money back, waste of time downloading

You pay for a subscription that only gives you access to a few episodes. You have to wait a month before you can get access to a few more. There are better apps out there that actually let you watch ALL the episodes of a story. Not worth the monthly subscription fee for limited episodes. Do better.

How to cancel your subscription
Read subscription term to cancel and none of the video are completed. The point of them to make money is they want you to stay subscribed in the long run so they only put out less than 5 episode each time and that's like every two week....which is dumb. I'm canceling and not worth paying a week subscription just for the first 10 episodes only

You built something on TikTok but when you download it’s opposite
I was watching stories based on ads and now i have to pay. It’s a bundle of BS i thought I finally found something I liked but i was wrong and I no longer want this app period. By the i didn’t expect free but i did expect some type of access without putting 22 dollars a week it’s not Netflix and Netflix only charges a 12 dollar a month

Waste of money
I purchased this subscription to watch stories that were shown on fb but you can’t finish the stories bc in the middle of two different shows I try to watch today another story popped up on both them. A pity I can’t be refunded, don’t download or purchase and subscription.
Scam
The app is a pure scam. It will trick you to pay to subscribe. But you only get to see one or two more episodes. They will keep the rest contents locked until your subscription term expires and renew another term.
System Issues
Several stories have an issue with by a certain episode it changes to another story. Some stories are duplicates and the same issue happens the other episodes are apart of another story.

Unfinish drama, another drama began in the middle of one, very expensive $$$ for almost nothing . Do not recommend

What I know is I like some of the shows but there’s a major issue in their system where 95% of them get to episode 11 and become a different show entirely, which makes the experience poor I’m hoping that they’ll fix it soon but until then it’s not worth paying for.

I downloaded the app to fine “Claimed by the wrong twin” but as soon as I opened the app there was no content it was basically a blank page
VIP isn’t unlimited watch
I have VIP access; however, it only lets you watch episodes 1–10, then makes you wait a month before you can watch the remaining episodes. So no, you can’t actually watch unlimited episodes with VIP.
Can’t unsubscribe
Website doesnt work, cant cancel sub now im going to have to go through bank til they get the hint.
Refund me Immediately
I paid for 1 week and canceled subscription, well before 24 hrs of you charging me today. Subscription is not showing on App Store to cancel as it’s already been canceled and no way to cancel through app, yet you charged me today. Refund me immediately or I will issue a chargeback for fraud! Completely unacceptable!

No customer service and horrible product.
I have reached out numerous times to cancel my subscription - no response. The chapters do not load property. At chapter 11 of 4 different stories it changes's to another story line completely. Reported it too with no response. Don't waste your time or money
Withholds episodes for a month
Every show you watch even though it says complete and you are a subscribed VIP member, will lock the episodes halfway through the show and won’t release them for a month. So you can’t ever finish a whole show when you start it.
