CANCELLED SUB BUT STILL BILLED ME SEVERAL TIMES
Update: HOW TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION FROM APP:
On app click on Profile, then click on "My Wallet", then click on "Top Up" tab. Scroll to the bottom to Subscription Agreement. At the bottom of that agreement you will see the highlighted words "by clicking here". That's where you can cancel your subscription.
This company makes it nearly impossible to cancel service. Their customer service won't get back to any questions you have. I emailed them and still have not received any response back. I paid for a one week subscription through Paypal but PayPal doesn't just allow you to cancel a subscription. They continue to bill me $19.99 weekly even though I sent ReelAI several emails to cancel my subscription. Most of the shows aren't even complete! They are continued but they do not tell you when the 2nd half will be available. It could be weeks or even months. Who wants to pay $100's of dollars to watch a complete 1 hour AI show??

Unfinished Stories
I forgot I paid for a week viewing long ago.
Got pulled into again from
advertisement and many of the stories (via FB advertisement) seemed so interesting and I paid for a week to see if it was worth it. MOST of the stories are NOT finished even if it said “completed”. Then I remembered this was the same app from a while back that did not meet my expectations because of the unfinished stories. Disappointment round 2! Very unfair considering for a week we paid more than having a month worth of Netflix or other viewing apps.

Not really letting you cancel your subscription once you put subscription
Not worth it
How is that I have a subscription but I can’t watch the whole series at once. Why do I need to come back for an update? This is a scam and I need a refund.
Waste of money.
Almost every story stops at 10ep. So, doesn’t matter if you subscribe, you won’t be able to watch the whole thing.

Cool but very misleading
They have cool shows that show 25+ episodes but you can only watch 10 then wait 2+ weeks for more to be released. It’s a gemick to keep you subscribing.
Compared to other apps
This app has potential. A weekly charge of $29.99 is expensive in comparison to other apps. The majority of the promoted shows are VIP content, so you would need a weekly subscription to watch. Some VIP shows release episodes over time, so you may need to wait to complete a series. You can earn coins daily, but coins cannot be used for VIP content and can only be used for the few shows with no VIP label. I was able to find a few non VIP shows to watch. There isn’t an option to filter them so you have to hunt for them. Do I enjoy all the shows? Of course. The promoted shows made me want to check it out. I just got frustrated with the limitations to view content using coins and the weekly subscription cost.

None are finished
Just signed up for a week because it has a few series I’ve been looking for but none of them are even finished so u can’t see much more than u can without a subscription. Also there are some series on there several times with different names. Won’t be keeping my subscription.
Too expensive not many options to continue.
Fixed income, fixed budgets, cannot afford $15/week to continue watching a viral story I keep seeing on all my fyps. Not happy with this app at all.

It a good app with great stories my only issues is on most of the good stories you have to be a vip member and a lot of people can’t afford nearly £30 a week. I a few short story apps where you can earn coins to open episodes yes it takes longer to complete the story but at least you get to watch it. I also agree with the first comment some of them do suddenly change to a completely different story which is irritating but Otherwise it is a good app.

I did a yearly subscription with this app because I was initially so impressed with them, but I’ve come to regret it.
At this point, it seems like over half of their content only goes to episode 10 to get you hooked(and subscribed) and then they have it locked for a month but after the month you STILL won’t get the second half.
From episode 11 on, you get the second half of some ‘northern tyrant’ drama. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I thought it was a mistake. I even sent them multiple messages about it with no response. But several weeks and even more incomplete dramas later, I’m pretty sure it’s just their business model to only have their AI engine do the first ten episodes and no more.
It’s gotten to the point that you can pretty much guarantee that if the drama has 25 episodes and it’s locked, you will never see the rest of the drama. They aren’t hiding it either. Many of their dramas listed FIRST in various categories are like this.
The amount of times I’ve clicked on episode 11 and gotten this scene of a blonde chick in the dungeon is actually pissing me off. If I could post pictures with this review, I’d add the slew of screenshots that I have showing the same scene on episode 11 all with different drama titles. What a complete waste of money.

Majority of reels are not complete
The quality is very good but almost all the stories are incomplete. Updates are weeks later. Very frustrating.

Option to top up is useless because pretty much all of their stories require VIP subscription. On top of that you can’t watch the whole story. All of them start off and then say to be continued and make you wait several weeks for the other portion. This app is just a money grab!!
Not worth 1 penny
This app is garbage not worth anything. short story then you have to wait for the rest of the story for a week or two . Deleted and canceled eyuckkkkkkk. A real Zero!
Ehhh
I purchased when I saw a video on TikTok and used my Apple Pay. Even though it shows my monthly subscription on my phone, when I go into the app it’s like I don’t have an account. I feel like this is a scam; however, when able to view a show, it was good visual quality.
Episode not available
Some videos you could only watch half of the episodes and the other ones are released two weeks later. So if you have a week subscription, you can’t even access them even when you paid for it.
Line it
I just started watching the story. But is awesome. You just have to watch too many ads.
Subscription cancellation
This is my first review I’ve ever written for a app, but can’t for the life get a hold of anybody to cancel my subscription. I’m still getting charged for a weekly subscription that I can’t seem to cancel. They don’t make it easy to cancel and they also don’t contact you back to help cancel at all. I may just have to go through my bank. I haven’t had these issues with other Ai show apps.
