Paid for subscription
I subscribed through Apple, and Apple clearly shows that my subscription is active. However, the ReelBee app repeatedly tells me “No active subscription found for this Apple ID” and blocks access unless I subscribe again.
I tried using Restore Purchases, but it does nothing. Apple confirms my subscription is active and shows the renewal schedule, yet the app acts as though I never paid.
I have also emailed customer support and have received no response whatsoever. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a subscription, be locked out of it, and then be ignored when asking for help.
A subscription service should, at a minimum, recognize paying customers and provide timely support when something goes wrong. Until ReelBee fixes its purchase restoration system and starts responding to customers, I cannot recommend paying for this app.

best value for yearly plan
ok so i've been on reelbee like a month now for the mini series stuff. real talk the yearly plan is soooo much better than paying weekly, i did the weekly at first and it adds up faster than u think lol. i've tried a bunch of other apps for these short series and reelbee is honestly the cheapest one, same amount of watching for less money. just go yearly from the start save urself the trouble.
