Hi, we're really sorry to hear this and understand the frustration. To look into what happened with your subscription, could you please share your User ID with us? You can find it in Profile > next to your avatar (it's a string of numbers). You can reply here with it, or email us at contact@reelbee.ai — either way, we'll check your account and figure out exactly what went wrong.
Paid for subscription
I tried using Restore Purchases, but it does nothing. Apple confirms my subscription is active and shows the renewal schedule, yet the app acts as though I never paid.
I have also emailed customer support and have received no response whatsoever. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a subscription, be locked out of it, and then be ignored when asking for help.
A subscription service should, at a minimum, recognize paying customers and provide timely support when something goes wrong. Until ReelBee fixes its purchase restoration system and starts responding to customers, I cannot recommend paying for this app.

Please feel free to reach out again there, and we'll make sure to respond promptly this time. For the subscription issue, this is usually caused by a mismatch between accounts. Could you please try the following: Go to Settings > [Your Name] and confirm the Apple ID shown matches the one under Settings > Subscriptions where ReelBee appears as active Try fully signing out of your Apple ID (Settings > [Your Name] > Sign Out), restarting your phone, signing back in, then tapping Restore Purchases again If it's still not working, please email us at contact@reelbee.ai with your Original Transaction ID (found in your Apple purchase receipt) so we can look into it directly and prioritize a fix for you.
