ReelCheck: AI Fact Checker

ReelCheck fact-checks the short videos you watch, without leaving the app you're in. Start listening once. When a reel makes a claim that sounds off, long-press the Dynamic Island and tap Fact-check, use the button on your Lock Screen or in Control Center, or double-tap the back of your iPhone. A few seconds later you get the verdict: Accurate, Misleading, False and more. Open it to see each claim, what the evidence says, and the sources. • Auto-check, on unless you turn it off: while ReelCheck is listening, it checks new claims about once a minute without a tap, even with the sound off, and pops up each result in the Dynamic Island, or only Misleading and False ones if you choose • One tap from the Dynamic Island, Lock Screen, Control Center, Action Button or Back Tap • A clear card for every claim, with sources you can open • Checks claims about what a text says too, like scripture or the Constitution, with the actual passages • Share a video from Photos, or a link from Safari, YouTube or TikTok, to check it (Instagram, Facebook and Threads links aren't supported) • No account needed. Nothing is saved on your iPhone except your results. PLANS • Free: 20 fact-checks and 10 minutes of Auto-check a month on each iPhone. No account needed. • Premium: 100 fact-checks a month (5× the free plan) and 8 hours of Auto-check a month, for $9.99/month. • Premium Plus: 300 fact-checks a month and 24 hours of Auto-check a month, for $19.99/month. • New subscribers get a 3-day free trial of either plan, with that plan's full limits; the first paid month starts fresh. With notifications on, you'll get a reminder 2 days before the trial ends. HOW CHECKS WORK ReelCheck turns speech into text on your iPhone, then sends the transcript and screenshots of your whole screen to its server, where Anthropic's Claude AI checks the claims and searches the web for sources. Auto-check sends new speech and screenshots this way about once a minute, without a tap, while ReelCheck is listening. ReelCheck's server keeps none of it after the check. Anthropic, which runs the AI, deletes it within 30 days (up to 2 years if flagged for safety) and doesn't use it to train AI models. ReelCheck asks for your permission before sending anything. ReelCheck works in your iPhone's language: it turns speech into text on your iPhone in your language or English, and writes the results in your language. ReelCheck uses AI and can make mistakes. Check the sources for anything important. Requires iOS 27. The Dynamic Island button needs iPhone 14 Pro or later; every iPhone can check from the Lock Screen, Control Center or with Back Tap. ReelCheck Premium ($9.99/month) and Premium Plus ($19.99/month) are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel, with a 3-day free trial of either for new subscribers. Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows your local price before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use: https://reelcheck.io/terms Privacy Policy: https://reelcheck.io/privacy
