Something is buggy with the app and won’t let me save
I just updated and renewed my membership, have created the same reel 4 times and won’t let me save.
Turned my phone off and on as well. Deleted the app and reloaded. This is a time suck not a time save

Great concept but wow it’s bad
Given it so many chances and it always freezes and deletes your project halfway! Such a waste of time and bad app!
Buggy App
UPDATE0 6/30/2026: I am unable to login. It says my subscription was canceled on November 12, 2025. But I’ve been using it all year 2026. It was not canceled. Or I would not have been able to be making reels for the last six months. And like my previous review when I click on Support, I get a screen that says 500 JSON parse error, invalid token.
This app has been buggy since I started using it. I like the idea of it and when it works, it’s okay. But it is frequent that something doesn’t work. And when you try and click on “get support” nothing happens. The Get Support button/link, within the app doesn’t work.

Crashes constantly
I don’t know how anyone gets a reel made with more than 5 images. It just makes my phone over heat, crashes the app, and I lose everything I made. I’ve tried it a few times over the course of a year paying for premium. I’m on strong WiFi, no good excuse for the horrible experience.
Horrible app performance
Paid for a Pro and the app either crashes or freezes upon music selection or source selection. I saw the same review from 5 years ago and there’s no improvement at all???
Do not pay for upgrades
When the video you create downloads, it’s choppy and it looks better on the app. Unfortunately it’s a waste of time and money.
App crashes time and again
Every time I painstakingly choose files and the app always crashes mid edit. Premium subscribed !!
Reel edits not saving, won’t allow to go back in and edit again
I really wanted to love this app but I spent countless hourssss trying to put together reels that I have to edit the photos to fit and it won’t save all the edits. I tried to make and edit then save every time and that didn’t even work. I don’t understand what I’m paying for when it doesn’t work! So frustrating.

Não comprem. Mesmo o PRO, que é pago, constantemente dá erro na hora de baixar. Estou há 10 dias tentando baixar um vídeo que editei.

Waste of time
I have not been able to complete one single project despite paying for this app. It was a complete waste of money and a waste of my time. It crashes constantly and can’t even get through one project without the entire app shutting down. I reached out to support and still have not heard back.

Ich habe ein iPhone 16 Pro und habe mir ein Jahresabo geholt Leider bin ich enttäuscht worden. Während der Erstellung eines Reels hängt sich das Bild ziemlich schnell auf und das Reel ist dann nicht mehr verfügbar - lediglich ein weißer oder schwarzer Bildschirm. Das ist sehr frustrierend. Auch ein Speichern funktioniert nicht.
Leider kann ich die App so nicht verwenden und hätte wenn ich ehrlich bin gern mein Geld zurück, denn die versprochene Leistung wird nicht erbracht. Leider habe ich keine Kontaktmöglichkeit gefunden, um das Problem zu klären.

Glitchy and waste of money
I forgot to unsubscribe from the trial and had to pay for the year. Absolutely useless app, has glitched out and resulted in tons of wasted time and frustration. Have not once gotten a reel out of it, every time I’ve tried it’s totally glitchy, doesn’t show my uploaded content and crashes if I close and reopen it. Avoid this app

Horrible
This app closes on me almost every time I try to make a reel. It freezes then shuts down, erasing everything I make so I have to restart the process. It often will actually cause my whole phone to become very slow and unresponsive as well post app crash. Do not use
Very glitchy
Doesn’t let me save any videos. Keeps saying please try again later. Very glitchy app lost all the work.

Worst app ever, I paid & bought subscription for a month just now, while using app set up & edit video it’s not even allowing to save video, what a rubbish app👎🏼👎🏼
