Help?

I downloaded the app, subscribed to the one week trial, and am still stuck on that page. When I click subscribe, it says I already have. I deleted and re-downloaded the app and am still stuck there. Is the app down right now or something?

Sorry for the late reply, but you have a link at the bottom of the Purchase screen: "Restore purchase". If you tap that you should see your purchase being restored. Thank you.

Misleading!

You should let consumers know upfront before downloading the app that in order to use the app there’s a fee. It’s misleading!

Was charged without permission

I tried this app for free and canceled a week later by email. I still was charged the $19.99

Subscription cancellation is done through the iOS Settings app (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions). As we already told you over email, we cannot cancel your subscription using email - we can't identify users based on this kind of personal information. Thank you

Ugh

I used this app a couple times and then it wouldn’t let me log in with out buying the membership and I was really angry and annoyed don’t recommend if u don’t want tot pay money

Love it. Easy and fun

All my friends ask me what I make my stories with. This app really helps me make my stories look great.
I wish it would have a larger collection of brushes and fonts, but I love that I get new templates every single week. Not all of them apply to my ig account, but I usually find something to edit and play around with.
Great story templates and really easy to use.

Fantastic

Of all the years of using apps on my phone, this is the first time I’ve ever clicked on the rate this app button. This is hands-down the best app I have ever used! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! The functionality is crazy good for an app. My only suggestion for the future is to add an align element function to align elements with respect to each other instead to just the centers of the entire canvas. Wow! Really, my words are inadequate to describe my love for this hand-held design center!

Brand new and already in love

This app has been very easy to use. The pictures have been vibrant and versatile, the calligraphy options have been amazing, and because it gives you sayings and allows you to be creative it’s been my go too ever since I downloaded it! Love it!
