Reelshelf finds the song in each video and groups the videos by song, organizing your dance videos in an intuitive way so that they are easy to find. It pulls the song title and artist using Apple's ShazamKit, then groups your takes by song and date. Tag a take with the teacher's name or the choreographer. Write a note on what you're working on. Star your favorites and make custom lists. Songs and notes are easily searchable on the app. Your videos never leave your phone, and there's no account to sign in to. The only thing Reelshelf sends out is a sound fingerprint — not the audio — to Apple's identification service, the same one your iPhone already uses for Shazam.
