Great App

Please add slide up and down as a zoom in and out feature for low-key mode!! This would be SO helpful not having to use 2 fingers to zoom in!! And option to use 12 hour clock for time stamp not just military time please!! Besides that great app and worth the subscription

app eventually makes you pay

i’ve had the app for about ten days and only used it once before it tried to get me to buy pro. the first issue i’ve had with this app was the fact that you can’t insert live photos. i wanted to insert live photos so it would be small clips of the live part but this app doesnt support that. if you insert a live photo, it removes the live part and makes it just into the photo. i wish it did because it would make my videos better. today when i tried to use the app, it wasnt letting me choose the size of my clips. instead it was making me choose an option that said “original”, or else i had to pay. it didn’t bother me much cause there are ways around it. after that , i tried to export it, but it tried to make me buy pro. i could physically not download the video. what is the point of the app if you can’t even save the video you made??? exporting your video should not be a premium feature. if exporting becomes default i would definitely reconsider downloading again.

This app is amazing . I was really struggling with keeping videos organized and this allows me to keep all the different clips and videos labeled and easy to find.

Everything I've ever wanted in a camera app

I’ve been looking for an app like this for a long time! It removes so much of the friction that usually comes with recording on my phone. Instead of scattered clips across my camera roll, everything can live in one place. Features like the date/time stamp are something I’ve always wanted for a home-movie style look, and Discrete Mode, which lets me film horizontal while holding my phone vertically, makes recording feel natural and low-pressure. Between those, recording directly in the app, and the widgets for quick access to your current project, vlogging feels effortless and enjoyable!

I also can’t say enough good things about the team behind the app. I reached out with a camera issue, and they were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and kind throughout the process — and fixed it quickly. You can really tell this app was built by people who actually care about the user experience. Thank you so much, Reelshot!

Great app keeps failing

When I first found this app and started using it I could not upload videos to the app. Not to big of a deal since you can film in the app. But now just 5 months later and only one month of me getting to use the app fully because it’s now working. It’s saying I can’t upload. I already paid the $17.99 annual fee and now it’s wanting to charge me $24.99 to get pro. I had pro. No warning that they were changing price and not grandfathered in. As a content creator I love the app but this is bad customer appreciation and shady business practice.

Just amazing for vlogers

Reelshot App is just the best choice for Vlog content creators. If you want to edit and shot ur Vlog at the same time you need to have Reelshot App installed.

Make a vlog with this

Learnt how to make a vlog. Will be making more weekly vlogs when at Uni! It has a 4K video camera and lets you edit in real-time which has saved me so much time. I love the fonts they have to add text too. Highly recommend
