Terrible customer service

It’s so difficult to resolve queries or speak to a customer service rep and when you do they are very dismissive with their responses. There is also delays with referral bonus payout even when schools has already authorised and approved this payouts. I’ve been waiting for my bonus for the past 2 weeks since its approval going yo over a month+
