I am a soccer referee in Korea and I use your Apple Watch app during matches. The app is very useful, but in the field, the English UI can make immediate understanding difficult and cause delays in operation. For safer and faster decisions, could you consider adding Korean (Hangul) support? It would be especially helpful to have Korean labels for the following terms. Could you also consider introducing a lifetime license (one-time purchase)? Because referees use the app repeatedly over a long period, a one-time option would reduce the burden of subscription management and help ensure reliable use in the field. If possible, please let me know the expected pricing and whether future updates would be included. If needed, I would be happy to help with translation review or beta testing. I’m happy to let you know that Korean support will be included in the upcoming update, so you’ll soon be able to use the app fully in your language. Regarding your request for a lifetime license: at the moment this is not planned. Since the app is continuously improved with new features and updates, the yearly subscription ensures we can keep developing and maintaining it at a high level. Komplikation auf Zifferblatt geht nicht mehr
Zudem ist mir nicht ganz klar, welche Funktionen ich als ehemaliger (einmalig bezahlender) Premium-User dazu bekäme, wenn ich auf jährliche (in meinen Augen krass kostenintensive) Zahlung upgraden würde. Aber solange man alles Grundlegende weiterhin ohne Einschränkungen nutzen kann, bin ich happy. :)

Hallo John, danke für den Hinweis! Das Problem sollte im nächsten Update behoben sein. Als Langzeitnutzer kannst du weiterhin die App im Basis-Umfang nutzen (Spiele aufzeichnen, Vorlagen verwalten, etc.). Für die Statistiken und Spielanalysen ist ein Abo erforderlich.

Ver. 2.3 Update: thank you! Everything is working and the new look on the watch appears to be nice. That fix was FAST and greatly appreciated. I’ll have 3-4 matches this weekend during a playoff tournament and I’ll update my review afterwards.

Hi, the error occurs when the Referee Watch app does not have permissions for Apple Health. Please check the settings on the Watch in "Health" (more information in the app via "Help").

Heatmap geht machmal, manchmal nicht
Weshalb ist das so ?
Ich habe den Ortungsdienst eingeschaltet. Leider kann ich es nicht so einstellen, dass der immer eingeschaltet ist. Bei anderen Apps geht es aber. Manchmal fragt die App nach, ob man den Standort sehen will. Aber leider nicht immer. Ich würde schon gerne wissen, wie ich auf dem Fussballfeld gelaufen bin und wo genau ich war.
Ich bitte um Hilfe. Ist sonst eine super Schiri- App. Benutze es schon sehr lange und war immer sehr zufrieden, was ich auch immer noch bin. Nur dies stört mich halt etwas, dass die App den Standort manchmal nicht aufzeichnet.

It seems there might be a misunderstanding regarding the primary function of our app. The app is designed for referees to manage timetracking through the Apple Watch and to capture and analyze performance data via Apple Health. Testing it at a desk might not yield accurate or expected results. If you have questions about its use or specific features, we're here to help. Fast perfekte App
Gute App mit kleinen Schwächen
Ich bin noch nicht dahintergekommen wie man Spiele auch wieder löschen kann. So kommen in die Liste unheimlich viele Spiele zusammen. Vielleicht kann man mir ja auch noch sagen ob bzw wie man aufgezeichnete Spiele wieder löschen kann. Wenn das nicht möglich sein sollte wäre das auch ein Verbesserungsvorschlag.
Was man auch ändern könnte wäre eine Funktion, dass nach der eingestellten Halbzeit nicht sofort die Zeit für die zweite Halbzeit startet.
Wie gesagt sind Kleinigkeiten. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn man sich da von Seiten des Entwicklers Gedanken machen würde.
