It keeps the people, programs, and promises of this work in one place, so no family waits on a call that was forgotten and no referral partner goes cold. Built by an interventionist with 22 years in the field, for the practices doing this work every day. TODAY Open the app and see what is due: first calls to return, consults on the calendar, beds to confirm, and the partners you promised to stay in touch with. Overdue items rise to the top. Mark them done or move them, then get back to the family. PARTNERS Every treatment program, sober living, clinician, and colleague you refer to, with the details that matter when a family is on the phone: levels of care, states served, insurance and network status, budget range, and what you learned last time you called. A stay-in-touch cadence reminds you before a relationship goes quiet. MATCHING Describe what a family needs, then let ReferralFit rank your partners by level of care, location, insurance, budget, and therapy fit. Save the profile to the case so the reasoning stays with the family. CASES One record per family: contacts, the running timeline of calls and emails, documents from the camera roll, and the next step with a date on it. Move a case from first call through consult, intervention, placement, and follow-up without losing the thread. REFERRALS Track referrals sent and received, who they went to, and what happened next. See over time which partnerships actually serve families well. DIRECTORY A shared directory of treatment programs, open to every workspace. Suggest a listing from your own partner list; nothing about your practice or your clients is shared. TEAM Invite colleagues into your workspace so everyone sees the same plan. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your workspace belongs to your practice alone. Other practices using ReferralFit cannot see your partners, cases, or notes, and neither can we. Sessions stay in secure device storage and data syncs over an encrypted connection.
