Wow…not in a good way

Sleazy…they tell you one price, but card is charged at least $35 more than what is listed on app. Even if “results” are good, ie: something actually worth paying for, they are simply taking advantage. Scammers, just plain gross.

Bait and Switch, Very deceitful

It takes your photos and then holds your photos hostage until you pay. It mentions NOTHING about costs, prices, or payment until after.

5 days - zero results

I purchased for a year — over $100 - I know what an idiot. Uploaded my info and photos 5 days ago. Zero results. They’ve been “almost ready” for the vast majority of that time. I have emailed support, no response.

Entertainment only – multiple inconsistencies

This is a fun app but about as accurate as a horoscope. It’s no better than other DIY photo manipulation apps or AI. In terms of the detailed analysis recommendations, it told me I had narrow set eyes on one page, wide set eyes on another. Made multiple references to my fair cool skin but then on my skin analysis, it said I had a warm tone. It also counted shadows as blemishes. It was fun to play with once. Canceling

Rubbish app

This app shows plastic surgery changes as performed 30+ years ago, not with the type of refined techniques that exist now. All the “after” images look really extreme with no ability to make adjustments, you pretty much look like an alien. Terrible!

You go through all of the steps to take pictures only to be given a ridiculous amount to see the AI generated images. Worthless app!

Mediocre at best

This app is not very helpful and takes a lot of work but more importantly it’s really hard to figure out and figure out how to unsubscribe. I wrote their customer service for help and never got a response so it’s definitely not worth the money.

Thank you for the honest feedback, and sorry we missed your email. One quick thing worth knowing: iOS doesn't let developers cancel subscriptions on a user's behalf, so it has to be done in iPhone Settings, then tap your name, Subscriptions, Refina, Cancel.

Don’t bother. I spent $14 to look like a Kardashian. You can get the same look for free on a thousand other sites.

We've also added the Facial Dossier, a 22 page personalized facial analysis report built on a completely new pipeline of 3D facial mesh mapping, semantic segmentation, and geometric measurement. We hope you give it another try.

Thank you for flagging this. iOS doesn't let developers cancel subscriptions on a user's behalf, so cancellation has to be done in iPhone Settings, then tap your name, Subscriptions, Refina, Cancel. Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple directly.

Too expensive

14,99€ a week is way too expensive. The app doesn‘t even offer a single day of trial before deciding if it‘s worth purchasing. You have to purchase right away without knowing if it‘s even something you‘re interested in using.

Don’t waste your time

What happened to upfront transparency? This app makes no mention of a cost. purposely misleading the consumer into thinking it’s a free app, then has you jump through ten hoops, including images from all sorts of angles…only to them try and charge 12.99 for an AI generated image that can easily be created on chat GPT. Scam
