Love this app - so easy to use, the voice is clear and calming, so much easier to follow than a human weirdly. Would recommend
First session of yoga
I heard about this app today and just completed my first ever yoga session. Being slightly intimidated about a yoga class, was a great intro and did the first free intro class. Amazingly, I kept up and managed most of the poses and feel great now. Used it on my phone but would probably use a larger screen next time. I’ll be back.
