What’s New in Refine Meet Atlas, your new AI assistant: - Ask Atlas about your workouts, nutrition, bodyweight, templates and progress, and get answers based on your own data. - Log food by chatting: tell Atlas what you ate and it finds the foods and works out the servings for you. - Send a photo of a nutrition label and Atlas can create the food and log a serving of it. - If a food isn’t in your list, Atlas can log an estimate instead. - Nothing reaches your diary until you’ve checked it and tapped Confirm. Faster food logging: - A new AI scan camera: photograph the nutrition label (and the front of the pack, if you like) and check the details before they fill in the form. - A redesigned log-food screen: pick the meal at the top, search across the full width, and add foods with one tap. - AI scan, barcode, manual entry and override are now at the top of the list. - The Edit Meal and Add Supplement screens have been redesigned, and Edit Meal now shows every nutrient your meal contains. - Food search shows the foods you use most first. - Better handling of ounces and serving sizes. A new look for your profile: - A cleaner profile page with a ranked list of which muscles you train most. The radar chart is still one tap away. - A new workout consistency heat map, alongside the nutrition one. - Clearer template averages. Workouts and exercises: - The exercise list can now be grouped A–Z, by muscle or by equipment. - A simpler progression view with a single clear chart. - Swapping or adding exercises during a workout is smoother, and new exercises show your last session’s numbers. - A redesigned workout summary when you finish. Body tracker and navigation: - The body tracker has been redesigned and only shows cards for things you’ve logged. - A redesigned side menu with your profile at the top. Fixes and performance: - Sync is more reliable and no longer re-sends your whole history when a single item fails. - Fixed a crash on iOS. - Fixed food entries that could end up in a meal that didn’t show in your diary. - Fixed long exercise names overlapping PR badges, and chips wrapping or getting cut off. - Faster screens throughout the app.
