About

See how your training block actually went — not how you hoped it did. Reflect reads your running plan and your real Apple Health workouts, then shows you where the two diverged across weeks and months. Not a tracker. Not a coach in your ear. The honest layer in between — it reads your plan, reads your runs, and shows you the truth across the whole block. And if you don't have a plan yet, it can build you one to start from. No plan? Reflect builds you one. Tell Reflect your race, your date, and which days you run. It lays out a full training block — easy days, long runs, intervals, and tempo — from 5K to marathon, or an open-ended base plan if you're not racing yet. Preview the whole plan, week by week, for free. A solid plan to start from — then Reflect steps back and does what it does best: reflect. Already have a plan? Import it. Reflect connects to Apple Health and matches each run you logged to the workout you'd planned — easy days, long runs, intervals, tempo. No re-entry, no copying numbers across apps. From there it surfaces drift: where your actual training pulled ahead of plan, where it fell behind, and which workout types you tend to honor or quietly skip. Not one run in isolation — the shape of the whole block. Each week gets an honest read: what was planned, what happened, and what the gap means. When you want to talk it through, Reflect builds a clean coach report you can share with whoever guides your training. As your training shifts, Reflect can recalculate the rest of your plan around the runs you've actually done — and shows you exactly what would change before you accept it. Reflect is free to use. Reflect Pro is a subscription that opens the full block-long view — every week, every phase, the whole arc of training — and activates the plans you build. For runners who want the complete picture. Questions runners ask What does Reflect actually do? It compares your training plan against the runs in Apple Health and shows you, honestly, how the two lined up across your whole block. No plan yet? It can build you one to start from. How is this different from Strava or my coaching app? Strava records the run. A coaching app coaches you through the plan. Reflect sits in between — it can give you a solid plan to start from, then tells you whether the plan and the runs actually agreed, week after week. Do I need an account or to upload anything? No. There's no sign-up and nothing to upload. Reflect works the moment you grant Health access. Is my data private? Yes. Everything stays on your device. Your runs are read-only — never altered, never deleted, always yours. Does it work with my watch and my existing runs? Yes. If your runs are in Apple Health — from Apple Watch or any app that writes there — Reflect reads them, including the history you already have. Who is Reflect for? Runners following a plan — marathon block, structured training, or their own schedule. And runners who don't have a plan yet, but want one built around their race and their week. What do I get for free, and what's Pro? The core plan-versus-actual view is free, and you can build and preview a full plan for free. Reflect Pro opens the full block-long analysis, the deeper week-by-week read, the shareable coach report, and activates the plans you build. Your training, honestly. ________________________________ Reflect Pro (subscription) • Reflect Pro Monthly — $3.99 / month • Reflect Pro Annual — $24.99 / year (about $2 a month) Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
