About

Find out what's actually driving you. Ten minutes a day, one honest conversation at a time. Most of what drives you happens before you notice it. The reaction that outran its cause. The yes you didn't mean. The thing you've been not-doing for two months. ReflectIt takes one real moment and goes underneath it. No flattery. No fluff. Just honest questions. REFLECT Bring something that happened, in your own words. ReflectIt reads what you wrote and offers a couple of honest ways in. You pick one. What follows is a guided conversation, not a form. One question at a time, each drawn from what you actually said. Most people find it names something they hadn't said out loud. UNDERSTAND At the end you get an analysis of what surfaced: the event, the reaction, and the pattern underneath. Not advice — a description of how you work. You can push back on it, or ask how it got there. TRAIN When a pattern keeps returning, ReflectIt turns it into something you can practice. Scenarios built from your own reflections put you back in the moment your pattern takes over. An actor plays the other person and pushes back the way people actually do. A coach stays with you and helps you find the words. You can get it wrong as many times as you like — that is the point. GO DEEPER Once there are a few reflections, there is enough to look across. ReflectIt reads them together and brings back one thing that doesn't add up — something you saw clearly in one part of your life and are not applying in another. One a day. You can say there's something in it, say it isn't you, or leave it for later. If it lands, you can take it into a reflection of its own and find out where it holds and where it doesn't. BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT THE REAL ANSWER • You'd rather hear what's true than what's comfortable. • You're tired of having the same reaction to the same thing. • You want questions that go somewhere, not affirmations. REFLECTION TYPES — each one a different doorway Trigger — a reaction that outran its cause Self Critic — the voice that judges you hardest Avoidance — the thing you keep not doing People Pleasing — the yes you didn't mean Social Comparison — envy as a signal, not a verdict Decision Crossroads — stuck between two valid needs Weight — a heaviness with no name yet Anticipation — the event you're dreading Anger & Hurt — a clash with someone who matters Grief — an ending you haven't finished Regret — a choice you would take back Longing — a want you can't quite name Anchor — what steadies you Glow — a moment that went right PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your reflections are yours. Nothing is shared with other users. There is no feed, no profile, no comments, and no social feature of any kind. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app. WHAT IT ISN'T ReflectIt is not therapy and not a substitute for professional care. It does not diagnose or treat anything. If you are in crisis it will point you toward real help rather than pretend to be it.
