How it works The Reflector Health iOS app runs in the background on your phone to export the activity summary to a web API. Then the web API allows you to view the summary in different ways off your watch and phone. Webpage The most simple view of the activity summary. The webpage shows your three activity scores, with the same color coding as the phone and watch. Chrome Extension This browser extension shows you your activity summary every time you open a new tab or page. Safari Extension Like the Chrome extension, the Safari shows you your activity summary every time you open a new tab or page. Good to know The Apple Watch activity summary is only synced when you unlock your iPhone. This is a security feature, your health data in the Health App is encrypted when the iPhone screen is locked.
