I didn’t know I needed Pilates until I tried it. Really pleased with the workouts, instructors, setup and the feel’s of being stretched out. I haven’t experienced such an amazing workout at the gym or boot camp style training. I recommend all to try. Once you start your Pilates journey you will make sure you put your money aside to cover your membership. It is so worth it. Thank you Susan and Emma for ReformerX.

Amazing
I had my first ever Reformer class at ReformerX St Marys and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. After 7 years of having kids and putting myself last, this was my first time getting back into training and I was so nervous walking in.
But as soon as the class started, all my nerves disappeared. Ashleigh was absolutely amazing — her instructions were so clear, supportive and encouraging. She created such a welcoming environment and made it feel completely non-intimidating, especially for a beginner like me.
The workout was challenging in the best way, and I walked out feeling strong, proud and energised. I can honestly say I’ve found my new love for training. I’ll definitely be going back and I’m not stopping this time.

ReformX Mortlake, is a really good looking studio with some excellent instructors, my favourite ones are Hien and Jieyi, they scarily very positive with lots of you can do it & just 10 more seconds, which I have noticed lasts a lot longer than 10secs! they are like smiling boot camp instructors and before you know you’ve managed to do something you do something you didn’t think was possible!
