Has 99.9% of the features Arbiter has for a fraction of the cost. They are very responsive to customers and will even answer the phone on the weekends. As more features are added I can see to some people seeing the interface as cluttered, but with a little bit of clicking around it’s easy to figure it out, and if you get lost they are always available for a video call to walk you through it.

Assigning
This season has been my first experience using the Refr Sports App to assign games. Using the app has made assigning games a breeze. I'm able to give umpires all necessary game information, easily edit any changes, and it even makes payments quick and simple. This app has taken away many of the headaches that have been there in the past as an assigner.

Best I’ve Used
Refr Sports has been hands down the best platform for refs that I’ve used. Recently, two of my assignors I work for switched to Refr Sports and so far I’ve been blown away by the app, how fast I get paid, and the support the Refr Sports team has provided. I’ve been a soccer official for 10 years now and have used the likes of Arbiter, FireFly, and Notch and none of them compete with what Refr is doing. I’m writing this review because I’m so happy to hear that our state as a whole is shifting to Refr Sports and I highly recommend this platform to anyone looking for a platform that is on the cutting edge of the industry.

Prep Baseball Tournaments
We chose to go with Refr Sports this year for Prep Baseball St. Louis as our assigning app. And have told other Prep Baseball outlets in the country about it. While we talked with other apps it was Refr that really stood out. Their team cares and is very helpful in any capacity needed. The app is very easy to use and I have not had any complaints from umpires. They like the push notification function, the game reminders, and of course the easy payments. I assign 200+ games a weekend and it’s easy to keep track of everything on the app. Would recommend this to anyone looking for an assigning app (tournaments or season games) this app is very friendly.

I use Refr Sports. I been assigning baseball for over 15 years. This is absolutely the best service I have used.

My umpires love the layout and app.
Easy payment system.
You can create your own forms (I.e. ejection reports, incident reports, evaluations, etc)
Sorting officials by tags with level of experience.
1 on 1 customer support.
Owners approachable with feedback.
Easy process for registration.
Background Check application within the system.

Okay but missing it
Give it 3 stars. App is trying to offer clean design and navigation which I appreciate but that said, compared to other platforms it still feels limited. Limited layout options is one example. Solid to get job done but a lot of gaps of realities.

Simply Amazing
Having the ability to pay referees in a timely manner is our top priority. Refrsports is the sole reason why. Referees who works with us are extremely excited about it. Being able to receive their payment of games and receiving game assignments has become extremely efficient. I was using Reftown before moving over to Refrsports. Refrsports is much more convenient and flexible. I don’t have to use a 3rd party to get referees paid. I love it and the referees love as well.
