App was a bit glitchy last year, but latest updates are great.
Do not use
I should have listened to my gut because it smelt fishy from the beginning. I did complete the survey and no reward. What information did I give them that is now going to be sold?
Cannot reset password
App won’t let you reset password.

When you spent time to fill out all the entries for the whole week, then the next day you got a message saying you missed out entries for more than 2 days and your are removed from the study of this month. There was no way to complain as they logged you out from the system the time they sent you the message.

Don’t bother
Despite completing 7 days in a row of drinks entries it wrongly said I missed more than 2 days and terminated me from the study.
Used to be good
App used to be good. Now it’s buggy. I did miss 2 days but had nearly completed my whole week only to be told I missed one report on a day I thought I completed due to the bugs. Wasted a whole week doing it for nothing. Reported bugs but ofcourse they said it’s my phone that’s the issue not the app. Wonder how many other people they are ripping off.

Drink survey
Well I wish I had seen these reviews first. Day five nearly completed and oh what a surprise it won’t load. I spent ages on this doing it honestly and properly. Not good enough.

Bad experience
I’m on day 2 of a study with this app and I’ve gone to complete an entry and the app won’t load. It tells me to wait and then never loads. I can’t complete entries which means I can’t get the incentive.
Study not correct
I was 3/4 way through a drink study but have been kicked out for not completing it. This means I’m not getting my incentive.text received says I missed 2 days.This isn’t correct.
Not working properly
Won’t accept my email. Clearly I’m not the only one having this issue. Why isn’t this being addressed?
