Refund Follow-up Ledger

Refund Follow-up Ledger is a paid, local-first organizer for tracking promised refunds, late promise dates, and the next merchant follow-up. Add refund rows with the refund name, merchant, amount, purchase date, promise date, promise note, contact note, follow-up note, checklist state, urgency, and current status. Review the money still tied up, overdue promises, open proof gaps, and the next contact action, then copy a recovery packet or CSV follow-up sheet when you choose. The app is intentionally manual and private. It does not scan receipts, scan refund PDFs, use OCR, contact merchants, connect to merchant accounts, estimate refund eligibility, recommend receiving a refund, provide legal or financial advice, require an account, use ads, use analytics SDKs, track you, sync to cloud, or upload entries to a developer server.
