Price should be fixed
Very disappointed, I book a taxi for Luton airport, he gave me the price of £60 and I agreed , driver came on time after we left the driver told me you have to pay £65 extra £5 for drop off. Dear company owner “This is not my problem you should calculate at the beginning “and tell me the full amount , is not professional to change the price on my way to airport. I will never ever book again with your company.

Very poor service
Ordered a car for Heathrow. Taxi arrived over 1hr and 20 minutes late. Had we known the delay would be this we’d have cancelled and jumped on a tube. We’d have been home faster!
Head office clearly sent a car AFTER we called them to say nobody was waiting for us. The company had confirmed via sms a taxi would be waiting for us but i suspect this was automated. Definitely will not be using this company again!
