Die App übernimmt die Organisation und Durchführung von Vereinsregatten. Sehr schön sind die automatisierte Startsequenz (sogar mit Wettfahrtflaggen) und die automatische Ermittlung der Wettfahrtergebnisse. Auch Yardstick-Verrechnung und die Möglichkeit von Känguru- oder Rabbit-Starts sind möglich. Tolles Tool, insbesondere für kleine Vereine, in denen der Wettfahrtleiter auch gerne mitsegelt.

Echter Mehrwert
Wir haben die App dieses Jahr bei der Regatta der Eisernen auf freiwilliger Basis eingesetzt. Ein echter Mehrwert für Zuschauer, die so auch von Land aus das Renngeschehen verfolgen konnten. Und für die Wettfahrtleitung: Einfaches Erfassen der Bojenposition, Kurse und Startprozedere. Ergebnisse der am Tracking teilnehmenden Boote in Übereinstimmung mit manuell erfassten Ergebnissen (wenige Ausnahmen auf Grund Problemen mit den persönlichen Geräteeinstellungen der Teilnehmer). Super Support durch den Entwickler. Gerne wieder.

This is a powerful yet simple solution for any club racing. The developer is very responsive, innovative, and will help continually improve the solution. highly recommended.
Great for club racing
Terrific app for both the Race Officer (RO)and for sailors. Our club has weekly evening races that autostart at the chosen day and time. The RO simply chooses the best pre-defined course for the conditions. All sailors signed in for the race are notified of the course on the app, and then it automatically runs the 5 minute start sequence through the app. The track is recorded on each boat from the start, around the buoys, to the finish. When all boats have finished, all boats receive the results (based on corrected times) on the app. Later, everybody can replay the race and see how each boat performed. VERY slick! The app is well documented and supported. Lots more great features to use for different racing situations.

Watch App?
A stand alone watch app - ideally with Siri support- would be nice for dinghies and boards. Carrying a phone is just a nuisance.

Thanks for the suggestion! We understand the appeal of a standalone Apple Watch app, especially for dinghies and boards. Unfortunately, this is currently not practical for most users due to battery limitations. Continuous LTE usage is required, and on the water LTE power consumption is significantly higher because cell towers are much farther away than on land. In real-world conditions, many Apple Watch models would only last a short time (often well under 1-2 hours), with the Ultra being a partial exception. For now, using the phone remains the most reliable solution on the water.
Tolles Tool für unsere Clubregatten!
Wir setzen seit Anfang der Saison die App für unsere wöchentlichen Clubregatten ein. Bis auf kleine Trackingprobleme bei einigen Handymodellen funktioniert alles super. Im Laufe der Saison wurden einige Funktionen weiterentwickelt und die Handhabung optimiert. Toller Support!!! Von den durchschnittlich 25 teilnehmenden Booten kamen nur positive Rückmeldungen. Von Seiten der Regattaleitung ist eine unkomplizierte und intuitive Nutzung gegeben. - und wir können selber mitsegeln! Wir wollen die App weiterhin nutzen.

Nie wieder ohne
Ich benutze die App seit einiger Zeit. Super einfach in der Bedienung. Und ich kann die Wettfahrten durchführen und gleichzeitig mitsegeln !!!!!!!! Der Entwickler hat immer ein offenes Ohr und die App wird bei jedem Update besser.
