Farmer-owned, Landscape Focused, Future Ready. Regen Farmers Mutual is Australia's leading farmer cooperative dedicated to profitable regenerative agriculture. Regen was formed in July 2021, but it draws on a long history of farmers using cooperatives to aggregate their market power. And following in those footsteps, it was designed by a diverse group of farmers who understood the need for farmers to take ownership of the way they engaged with emerging environmental markets. By creating a farmer-owned mutual, they opened a path for farmers to directly engage with different buyers, removing the need for expensive, non-aligned middlemen. And the mutual has proven very capable at meeting farmers needs. From carbon to emerging biodiversity markets, it is helping its members to deliver better environmental outcomes that are financially sustainable.
